SUMMONS

COUNTY OF PANOLA
TO: All unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, legatees, wrongful death beneficiaries, and any and all persons claiming or having a legal or equitable interest in the Estate of Kim Griffin Hoy whose post office box and address is unknown after diligent search and inquiry.
You have been made a Respondent in the Petition filed in this Court by the Petitioner, seeking to establish the heirs-at-law of Kim Griffin Hoy.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday the 12th day of May, 2026, in the Courtroom of the Tate County Courthouse in Senatobia, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgement will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
